This simple, easy, minimal-prep recipe is such a fun way to turn ordinary brownies into adorable fall treats! They’re perfect for a cozy night at home, a fall gathering, a kids’ activity, a girls’ night, or even just when you’re craving a little something sweet.
They’re easy, delicious, and so cute—and they make a regular brownie feel a little more special for the fall season!
Ingredients
- Pre-cut brownie squares
- Orange cookie frosting
- Black cookie frosting
- Green cookie frosting
- Vanilla buttercream frosting
Instructions
For the Pumpkin Brownies:
- Take a brownie square and gently cut it into a round pumpkin shape. Save the excess brownie pieces to create a small stem. You can use a little frosting to attach the stem to the top of the pumpkin. If your brownies are large enough, a round cookie cutter can also make this step easier.
- Use the orange cookie frosting to fill the entire pumpkin shape. Use a knife or small spatula to gently spread the frosting evenly over the brownie. The frosting will harden as it sits, which makes it perfect for decorating!
- Use the green cookie frosting to create a little stem on top of the pumpkin.
For the Ghost Brownies:
- Gently cut a ghost shape out of your brownie square. If your brownie is large enough, you can use a ghost-shaped cookie cutter.
- Frost the entire ghost evenly with vanilla buttercream frosting.
- Use the black cookie frosting to add two little eyes and a mouth.
- Arrange your spooky brownies, serve, and enjoy! 🎃👻🍫
