Easy Fall Ice Cream Sandwiches 🍪🍦🍂

Ingredients

• Store-bought Reese’s Pieces cookies
• Vanilla ice cream
• Orange and purple sprinkles

Instructions

1. Prepare your cookies: Line a tray with parchment paper and place the cookies bottom-side up.
2. Add the ice cream: Scoop vanilla ice cream onto half of the cookies. Use as much or as little as you’d like, depending on how thick you would want your sandwiches to be.
3. Make the sandwiches: Place another cookie on top and then gently press the cookies together until the ice cream reaches the edges.
