Apple Cheesecake Cake
I love making this Apple “Cheesecake” Cake! It’s the perfect dessert for summer or fall—or for those moments when you’re missing fall in the middle of summer. 🍎🍂
It’s light, creamy, delicious, and has quickly become a favorite in our house. Plus, it’s incredibly easy to make!

- 3 eggs
- ½ cup milk
- ½ cup butter, melted
Cream Cheese Topping
- 1 block cream cheese, softened
- 2 tbsp butter, melted
- 1–2 cups powdered sugar (start with 1 cup and add more as needed)
- 1 tbsp milk
- 2 tsp honey
- Cinnamon, to taste
Apple Topping
- 1 can apple pie filling

- In a large bowl, combine the cake mix, eggs, milk, and melted butter. Mix until smooth.
- Pour the batter into a rectangular baking pan.

- Allow the cake to cool before adding the toppings.
For the Cream Cheese Topping:
- In a medium bowl, mix together the softened cream cheese, melted butter, milk, honey, cinnamon, and 1 cup of powdered sugar.
- Continue adding powdered sugar as needed until you reach a smooth, spreadable consistency.
- Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the cooled cake.
- Pour the apple pie filling over the top and gently spread it evenly across the cake.
Then slice, serve, and enjoy! 🍎🍰
