Creamy Apple Cider Popsicles

It’s that time of year again! We’re right in the middle of peak summer heat, and somehow I’m craving fall more than ever. This seems to happen to us every year around this time🍎🍂

I wanted to come up with something fun that would bring a little taste of fall into these hot summer days, and I thought—why not a dreamsicle, but instead of orange, make it with apple cider? And that’s exactly what we did! And it was absolutely delicious!

These Apple Cider Dreamsicle Popsicles are so simple, creamy, and perfect for satisfying those fall cravings a little early.

Ingredients:

  • Apple cider
  • Vanilla ice cream
  • Popsicle Mold

Directions:

  1. Start by filling your popsicle mold about ⅓ of the way with vanilla ice cream.
  2. Fill the rest of the mold with apple cider, leaving a little space at the top so the lid can easily go on without spilling over.
  3. Freeze overnight.
  4. When you’re ready to enjoy them, let the popsicles sit out for about 5 minutes before removing them, as they may stick slightly to the mold. If you’re using a covered popsicle mold, you can also briefly run the outside of the mold under warm water to help loosen them.

A little bit of summer, a little bit of fall, and the perfect treat for an early taste of the season! These will definitely be something we make again! So delicious and so easy to make! 🍎🍦🍂
